RETURNS

Lilypepper Boutique will happy to accept your return/exchange

up to three days after you receive your order. 

The returned items must be in the same condition that it was at the time of purchase, have tags attached, and must not be worn. 

You are able to exchange an item but please keep in mind that it may not be in stock when you exchange it. 

Returns are to be sent in a box and sent at the sender's expense.  

 

If you are returning shoes, they must be unworn and show no signs of having been worn and be returned with the original packaging/box.

SHIPPING 

Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped.

Expedited orders only placed before  2 p.m. Eastern Standard time will be shipped the same day and will be sent via 2 day Priority USPS Mail. 

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days. We do strive to get orders shipped right away. 

Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day after your order.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order.

Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Although, it is possible to pick orders up in store on Saturdays.

Our Store Hours:

Tuesday - Friday  11 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturdays 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

 

Lilypepper Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.

 

Please note: IN STORE PICK UP orders placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will NOT be processed or ready until 12 p.m.on Monday.

With all that said, we do try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible using USPS mail delivery.
